Welcome to the forums.
I wouldn't stop multitabling if I was you. IMO the only way to learn is by doing, and doing is hard if you play 25% of the hands you could. I would stick to 4 tables (as long as you don't have any serious overlap) and try to do my best. Just post a lot here and don't be afraid to be corrected if your advice is flawed. I think that is the best way to learn (at least it has been for myself). The rest of your goals look pretty solid. |

If you're used to 4-6 tables and drop down to one table, you may end up just getting bored. This may cause you play looser, which isn't really the desired effect.
