NL50: River straight and face big bet.
Villain is 23/0 over 32 hands.
Full Tilt Poker No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 6 players Converter Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is CO with 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2 folds, Hero raises to $2, 2 folds, BB calls. Flop: 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($4.25, 2 players) BB checks, Hero bets $3.5, BB calls. Turn: T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($11.25, 2 players) BB checks, Hero checks. River: 8[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($11.25, 2 players) BB bets $11.25, Hero ? Raising preflop was pretty standard and betting the flop was just a c-bet. When he calls it I am ready to throw it away. I can't really put him on a very specific hand, but since he also checks the turn I'm thinking he either has a very strong hand (namely set) or something like a weak king or medium pocket pair. The river bet leans towards strong hand. My question is, should I raise here? I don't think I'm beat. How much do I raise and what hands do I get value from? |

stack sizes?
I personally call. Raising is going to push out hands like AK, KQ, KJ, maybe even KT. You'll also certainly get called by hands like QJ and any backdoored flush. I would expect to split here a lot too. |

Hmm, I don't know where the stack sizes went. I think we both had about $50 before this hand.
