BetUS giving me the runaround with my check
up until recently i had played on BetUS poker (a Tribeca skin). during the 6 weeks i played there i went on the biggest heater of my poker career. i withdrew some money by check at the end of january/early february, and requested a withdrawal for the rest of my balance on Feb 16th (since tribeca gonna be closing).
about a week ago i ask their live online CS about the status of my withdrawal: "all fedex payouts on the 15th had a delay. but they're being reprocessed now. it'll be sent out tomorrow." well that's great cause my withdrawal was on the 16th. couple days go by, i speak to a CS rep over the phone: "no, there's no delay at all. im not sure why someone would have told you that. your check is in the mail" i speak to another online CS rep: "ok there's a delay with all payouts through fedex from the 15th to the 17th. but they were sent out and you should get them next week. we should have a fedex tracking # by monday." i speak to another CS today and am told: "there may still be a delay. we're not really sure. you should be getting it shortly." anyone have a clue whats going on? cause after tonight i wont be able to log in to my tribeca account and i will be solely dependent on the wonderful phone support of BetUS. |

My check from Feb 18 is still on hold. So much for the $35 (!) "FedEx" fee. Such BS.

Not sure what the problem is but I received a check yesterday via FedEx for $4000. I suggest you email reno@offshorebettor.com with your problem. They advertise at his site and he seems to be able to get things done with sportsbooks in general.

apparently there is no Fedex from BetUS anymore. why the [censored] they couldnt just tell me this straight up 2 weeks ago i have no [censored] idea. i had one CS rep tell me i couldnt cancel my withdrawal and try another method. then i randomly received an email from Vanessa in their payouts department, saying i could in fact cancel my FedEx and do an e-check instead. i email Vanessa to tell her how much i would love an e-check. no response as of now (16 hours later) i call CS today and explain the email. apparently Vanessa isn't in, so the CS woman who always answers takes the necessary info she needs to send me the e-check. she says that either her manager or someone will call me to confirm the date that it will be posted. i email vanessa to keep her informed. as of now: no call from CS woman. no email from vanessa. no clue if i'll even be able to get anyone on the phone once Tribeca closes to US customers, although BetUS seems confident that they'll be on a new network shortly. i just want a straight answer about where the [censored] my money is. it's not even that much. less than $1k. and if its gonna take a while to get, that's cool. i'll be chill about it. i just want a semi-consistent story with some degree of truth in it. |

sounds like the same thing full tilt was doing to everyone until they finally got there new check payment company.
if the big poker sites are having to stall then i can only imagine that alot of the casinos and books are equally having problems. |

Had the same problem with Doyles Room, they just kept lying to me for the last 1.5 weeks. Finally I just told them to transfer it to FullTilt, supposed to be there tonight but I won't hold my breath.

update again:
this is really special. my initial e-check request was apparently cancelled because my account showed a $0 balance. my account showed a $0 balance because of my check withdrawal via fedex, which no one at BetUS bothered to cancel before submitting the e-check, or something. so the e-check request is resubmitted on 3/5. it goes out on 3/8. i'm told 3-5 business days. wednesday comes and goes and i get no $$$. i email support and 48 hours later i still have no reply. i call support today and i'm told that there's another delay and that it's gonna take 5-10 business days instead of 3-5. i ask why support doesnt answer my emails, and im told that with everyone being so busy switching over to the new network, there's not really anyone reading the support emails. yet there's someone with enough time to be sending emails from the support address detailing all the new promotions that BetUS is offering. they have a 100% reload to $750 that i would love to take advantage of if i had any faith that i'd ever see the money that's supposedly on its way to me. i've pretty much given up hope of seeing any of this money. |
