Seems fine~ overs+ double gutter + FE. If you had a few less chips you could push pf. I find when 30/15 type players limp in this spot, they very often fold to a push/raise, except when they very occasionally have a monster.

I like a push if you had a shorter stack. As is, I call and try to take advantage of my position on the turn.

I play it the same. I really like the shove, and don't really like calling because I feel air compromises a significant to large % of his range. He's the big stack, and the complete the SB bet any flop steal is pretty common in my experience. Plus even if he has a hand to get implied odds from, we have tainted outs, and a 4 has got to be pretty scary to him.
