Is Neteller still the best option for Canadians?
Or is there something better to use right now? Should Canadians be thinking about using a different "e-wallet" to easily deposit/withdraw?

Re: Is Neteller still the best option for Canadians?
Recent reports have phone, chat, and email support all but disappearing (with the closing of their Canadian support center), and that checks they are issuing in CAD are bouncing. See recent posts in the NETeller threads in this forum and in Legislation for the sources.
If you don't have an account yet, I can't recommend making one. If you do have an account, you might want to consider other options. |

I was looking at using Citadel as an alternative but it seems that only Party takes them. FirePay might be a good alternative, having pulled out of the U.S. long ago, and maybe Moneybookers.

NT is business as usual for this Cdn.

Writing bad checks is not a reason to avoid NETeller?
Seriously, I'm figuring out that I am an alarmist reactionary around here, but why is no one else phased by this? |

I don't see any reason not to use Neteller for the time being. [/ QUOTE ] You mean other than the fact that if conditions/laws in your country happen to change, they will [censored] you over as fast as you can blink? I really don't get the rest of the world's attitude here. If I were still living in Germany, having witnessed how Neteller handeld the situation in the U.S. these last two months, you could not have paid me enough money to keep doing business with them unless I had no other options. |
