Ultimate Bet CS ever respond to emails?
probably a resounding NO but thought id ask anyway [img]/images/graemlins/blush.gif[/img]
i havent played there for a while and am trying to log in but i havent a clue what my password is do ive emailed them to direct me to where i can change it/answer my security questions/whatever the process is. 5 emails in 5 days and no response despite their assurances that all queries are answered within 24 hours [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img] |

It's rare I get an answer on the first email, sometimes I will get a reply to an email from 1+ week ago. One time I got a reply from 18 days ago. It is nearly impossible to get a quick answer from them.

You know I guess I've been lucky in the past because I have never really had a problem with them in this department. They usually get back with me pretty quickly. I usually e-mail them from the contact screen when im already logged in the website if that makes a difference, not from my e-mail address.

I've emailed from the contact screen and from my email address and it's very hit or miss. Sometimes I get a quick response but often times I have to wait a while and/or email them several times.

I've never had a problem until recently. 5 days and 2 days respectively w/o a reply. |
