The Fountainhead by Ayn Rand is one of my favorites, its not a super-easy read though. [/ QUOTE ] I don't know if you're being sarcastic, but this book is 600 pages of pretentious, dull garbage. Rand sucks. |

[ QUOTE ]
while poker can present a fair share of mental challenges, i feel like i've become too one dimensional in my free time. when i'm home and have spare time, i'm usually doing something poker related. playing, reading, dicking around on 2+2, etc. I need something new. I'm looking for suggestions on some books to read. No trash. Something more stimulating. Historical, biographical, etc. I'd consider fiction if it is a classic type book like you'd read in an English class. When I'm done with the book, I want to feel smarter. Like I've done something useful. Thoughts? [/ QUOTE ] best book i've ever read |
