I'd also suggest that it is easier to convince a majority to allow regulated poker than to allow completely unregulated poker. [/ QUOTE ] I'm all for regulation but my question is why does PPA stress exemption for poker as a priority over regulation? And can you have an exemption without regulation as they are saying? |
