help needed! I want to buy a new desk-chair: recommendations?

I sit in a desk chair around 12-16 hours per day (combined office and home).

It's the worst thing for your back to be sitting that long (so my physical therapist tells me) and as a result I have back/neck/shoulder problems.

If you're going to spend more than an hour or two per day in your chair, avoid all the big box retailers. Their chairs are total crap and will probably harm your back.

Spend the $$$ and go to a commercial office furniture retailer for a quality desk chair or get a Herman Miller chair.
