So I am back at college now for my spring semester. (small private school antigambling). the internet is very slow now it takes awhile for pages to come up. it is just very slow internet. well they either blocked poker or the internet is so slow that I cannot even connect to them. if anyone out there is a computer whiz or just has some good advice that could help I would appreciate it.

Re: beat cannot connect to poker sites
It's doubtful if the connection would be so slow as not to allow a poker program to run. I think a 56K would run pokerstars. If that is the case, you wouldn't have to make much to justify getting a wireless broadband connection, for around $40 a month. It is also convienant to be able to go wherever you want and have connection. Just make sure you have decent service in your area.
