Palisade is great. The Waterfront on Pier 70 is my new favorite place. I used to eat at Daniel's 3 times a week, but I'll probably change to The Waterfront (less frequently, though).

The best meal I've had in Seattle is Mistral.
If she likes European food at all this is where you should go. It's 6 or 7 courses depending on what you wanna do, so I'd plan on spending a good 3 to 5 hours there. I'm not the most knowledgeable guy on wine, but from what I've heard it has the best wine list in town, and every glass I've had there was incredible. Oh, there are no menus or stated prices for anything 'cause the chef just makes up whatever he feels like making, but I'd plan on spending around $500 if you both have wine. It's a small place (~8 tables maybe) so I'd def make a reservation if you go. |
