Default Stars withdrawing by check?

I've only used neteller in the past. Was thinking about having a check mailed to me.

For those of you who have done it, how long did it take?

Also, if you submit a check withdrawal, then say 4 days later they offer a reload bonus, if you deposit for it does it cancel the check cashout? Are you ineligable for the bonus?

Basically, any negatives to cashing out by check? (can't think of any, so that's why I'm posting it, don't want to miss the obvious)

I have withdrawn by check. I didn't redeposit afterwards so I cannot offer anything as far as bonus implications. They have different policies for checks depending on the amount (I think over/under $1000).

My withdrawl was >1000 and it arrived via FedEx (I think) in like 4 days. I was very suprised, I wasn't expecting it for another week or so.

No problems at bank.

I plan to do all my future withdrawls by check as it eliminates the middle man of Neteller and the like. (I have also used Neteller, but preferred the check).

Hope this helps.

Thank you very much.

Did you have to sign for it? Or just regular mail? Or do you pick it up? (new home owner as you can probably guess)

Also it will be for over $1,000

I use a PO box, so they couldn't fedex it, but my cheque (I'm Canadian...) arrived by snailmail in just over a week I believe. It was fairly substantial, and I was not displeased in any way.

They even changed it into Canadian funds at current exchange rates for no fee.

Screw you neteller...

Edit: Also, if you withdraw before any bonus is offered, it has no impact on redepositing, and it will create no delay for your cheque.

I believe it's dependant on what country you're from. Details.
