UTG was about the only decent player at the table. With the K's on the board, i figured he would have raised KT or KJ (standard for a semi-decent player at 0.5-0.1)

I think you can raise this preflop. Your hand is often the best in an unraised pot, and UTG might be going for the ole' limp reraise, in which case your raise will help to define his hand.
Postflop looks good to me. Folding doesn't even really cross my mind on this particular board with the way preflop went and all.. |
