legislation and rb
How does the pending USA legislation affect USA-based affiliates? Which of you guys are USA based? Thanks.

Re: legislation and rb
I will let the other affiliates respond for themselves but we are not US based. It would not be fair for me to respond on behalf of US based affiliates as to how it might affect them.

Re: legislation and rb
firstly, good work on the "first in"!
We are UK based. But we think it is hard to say how the law will affect any affiliate US based or otherwise if they are dealing with Poker rooms who accept new US players once the law is signed. The fact is that outside of rakeback there are literally tens of thousand standard affiliates and sites which drive traffic to poker rooms and the large majority of them are in the US. Will the US government be able to round them all up? Most likely not. Problem at the moment is that everything is mere speculation. We suspect the first casualty of the signed law will be higher profile than any affiliate except perhaps the really really really big poker affiliates who have been doing this for several years. But even then more likely to be higher profile than them. Regards RTR |

Re: legislation and rb
We are neither based in the US. I would also like to point out that all of our US players will continue to get paid the same way as usual.
