I'd put in a little more action early in the hand, your aces are probably ahead against a jack.

When you raise with a King in the door, folks should basically be giving you credit for having split Kings or some other good high hand. When the other guy raises fourth street, it can only mean a few things:

1) He has Kings beaten.
2) He's an idiot.
3) He thinks you're an idiot.

Even if #2 or #3 are applicable, I would still frequently shut down and go into chicken-call mode. This loses the minimum and frequently wins the maximum.

Anyway, while I wouldn't object too strenuously if you put in an extra bet early in the hand, I think you played it about right.

he had a K beaten yet we dont 3-bet 4th, and then check through 5th?

hes probably got a draw IMO and took the free card that you gave him. i do however think 3-betting 3rd is the way to go.

I 3-bet 4th street, fold if he raises 5th. But your line is fine too.

no way i fold 5th, i peel 6th every single time for low backdoor and aces up.

but, thats assuming you dont play it as weaktight as OP did, if you slam it on 3rd and bet 4th, the pot is bigger, which would constitute a peel on 6th if he raises you on 5th, otherwise i can see why *TT* says fold if he raises as played.
