sixth sense or spadeit
I have not purchased either but have used the free trial of 6 sense. I did not really see my tables getting any easier with 6 sense and the fish scoring. I'm sur overtime I will but don't want to be spending $40 a month when spadeit costs $20 flat I believe. That price leads me to believe it doesn't help that much....opinions needed.

Re: sixth sense or spadeit
I am using Poker Table Scan (www.pokertablescan.com) and that is enough for me. U see which tables that has the msot fish and sit down. or u sort by players and look up ur "buddies" even if they are hidden. monthly payment for sixth sense is a wast of money IMO.

Re: sixth sense or spadeit
I think that the $20 for SpadeEye is a much better deal than the Sixth Sense monthly fee.
SpadeEye is very fast on my machine and I don't really see that the much ballyhoo'd 'fish score' is better than sliced bread. I also own Poker Table Scan... but haven't used it much lately as I've been trying Sixth Sense and SpadeEye. Perhaps I'll go back and see if its speed has improved enough to compete. Re: sixth sense or spadeit
Im not exactly sure about what 6thsense offers above the spadeit options. However, spadeye should be a very very useful tool for anyone not trying to make a living of poker. The performance you get is awesome (for 20$) and I think you should really try it before moving to 6thsense or something. Now that you dont even know what exactly you want, spadeit should be your first choice. Even if that means using it for a month and then wanting more : its not even half the fee for a minimum monthly contribution to 6thsense - and by then you may know what exactly you are looking for.
Im going for spadeit! |

Re: sixth sense or spadeit
I've been using Poker Table Scan since it came out. I'm not sure what if any differences there are between it and SpadeEye but im sure they are very comparable. For me I don't feel Sixth Sense is worth the cost when compared to PTS but it is also a very good piece of software and for some people the best choice.

>very useful tool for anyone not trying to make a living of poker. huh ? [/ QUOTE ] haha, sorry... that is more of a German expression. I didnt sleep tonight. I meant that people who are really trying to make a living from poker, might feel that this program is too simple. However, everyone who doesnt (recreational, small stakes players) would certainly be very happy with it. Then again, this is purely assumptional since I dont know what 6thsense or PTS offer. |

Re: sixth sense or spadeit
spadeeye is the way to go. there is no point in paying a monthly fee just so the scan is faster and you get fish score.
how often are you changing tables? i 9 table NL100 for a few hours a day and i only end up using the scan maybe twice a session, right at the beginning and then later if alot of tables break/get bad at once |

Re: sixth sense or spadeit
Unless Sixth Sense gets WAY less expensive, SpadeEye is the nuts.
