Re: River WTF?
How on earth could you fold this? His range is HUGE, and you beat way more than half of it.
I'd like someone to justify a fold here. |

I think I would bet the turn ... I mean, how likely is he going to call you with a hand <AJ after your flop CB ? Against a decent player I would check back, but against a bad player, bet bet bet .... [/ QUOTE ] and for the love of god please call the river |

Re: River WTF?
if you call you will be staring 22/33 down way, way more often than not.

Re: River WTF?
I always call in this situation and villain will always show me 22/33. But, the way he's played it wouldn't really suggest that he hit a set, otherwise he would have built a pot on the turn.

Bad players play to maximize surprise value, not cash value. Check-call. Check-call. Bet so it doesn't get checked down -- but not too much, or I'll lose my customer! |

Re: River WTF?
I he was second to act on the turn and he checks, then its instacall on the river for me. But as he was first to act he might check because he expected a bet from a hero. So its very read-dependent I guess.
