Rakebackpages - Bonus NOT deducted from Hollwood MGR?

Is this for real, or a typo? Do any other rake back affliates offer this?

At Eurobet, the bounses were SUPPOSED to be subtracted from MGR (according to both Eurobet and my affiliate). However, in reality, they were not deducted.

I don't know if that applies to all the Ongame skins and Eurobet's gone for me now anyway.
