Is anyone able to connect to Full Tilt right now?

Hey, can anyone connect to full tilt poker right now. I had just signed up for a MTT and then suddenly could not connect to the software. My internet is fine, as I am posting this, and I was able to log onto Bodog. Just wondering if anyone else is able to connect.

I signed up for a tournament that should have started 25 minutes ago and got disconnected just one minute prior. Haven't been able to reconnect. Hopefully, I will get a refund.

Cool, it's not just me then. I have emailed support and kindly requested a refund for the SNG and MTT that I was either (a) involved in, or (b) about to start. Hopefully they will make good. Seems like Full Tilt is having a lot of technical issues lately, especially the $200K guarantee fiasco.

From any past experiences, do you know if they have been giving refunds for tournaments that were disrupted either before the start or for tournaments that were underway when this happens?

No, your not alone. I was in the middle of a tournament and got booted a while back and still can't get on. FT is the only place this ever happens to me at. Suffice to say, this will be the last time I ever play there. I'm officially fed up with it and will withdraw all of my money as soon as it's back up. Whenever that is!

I am not familiar with their policy, but I have a request in at the moment for a refund (shouldn't be a problem since the tournament hadn't started when the connectivity problems occured). We will see how their support handles it.

they give a full refund back if you have not reached the money yet. if you have reached the money then they split the prize pool and if you are in the money and the chipleader, you get the first place money.
