Re: Correct turn call with nutstr8 and fd?
Call, Button seems to like his hand and you're getting 4-1.

Re: Correct turn call with nutstr8 and fd?
Depending on your read of the button, you may want to jam the turn. Consider this: the button called with top pair (and hasn't paired his kicker), but is reasonably certain to be ahead of the player who tapped. That is, an iso play may be at work.
Depending on how likely he is to be doing this, you may want to consider the c/r. Also, consider paying off if your over hits--TPTK might be good on fifth street. --AD |

You have the odds to call.
Should you re-raise pf? |

Re: Correct turn call with nutstr8 and fd?
I don't mind a smoothcall preflop with AKs OOP, for reasons of not bloating the pot. Obviously proceed with caution if you flop TPTK in this situation. AKo I would almost always reraise PF.

Re: Correct turn call with nutstr8 and fd?
What is the consensus preflop? Like Haiku said is this a call and not a raise? Obviously we would be creating a huuge pot OOP.
I guess my question is, if I was button (in position but also no callers between raiser and I) I would raise. Does this hold true in BB w/ 1 caller? |

If you reraise, how much is it to? Make it 12-13? What % of flops are you c-betting when you whiff? EDIT: Barrin, we are indeed twins. You and I make the switch to NL at the exact same time |
