Same way most guys do...spend time in the military for a long time, join special forces, retire from the military and then whore yourself out to the highest bidder on our side...

spent a long time in special forces and a lot of my friends who got out before me got hired immediatly by private military companies. i still spent a good year walking around a A-stan, when I got out my buddies hooked me up immediately.

If you don't have military experience, I know there's some companies that'll do in house training but I personally think you need a lot more experience especially if you end up in Iraq.
