Re: ($27) JJ 3rd hand
I would have to fold this. If you think about the range of hands he might have, just about anything except for TT and something like 98. It seems unlikely to me that he's playing smaller pocket pair that didn't hit. The flush and straight comepleted on the river w/ that 9d. You'll have to let go.

Re: ($27) JJ 3rd hand
I don't like this hand at all
If you're willing to go broke on it - put all your money in on the turn. At that point you're pushing 1200 into a pot that has grown into a HUGE pot on a very draw heavy board... lets see here....like 850 or something? Push your 1200 in to the pot of 850 and take it down here! FWIW, there are many other lines here I would be o.k. with and like, but if you're going to go broke on the hand, do it on the turn rather than risk the river and price yourself into calling even more of your chips off when you may (possibly for the frist time, though maybe not) be behind.; |

Re: ($27) JJ 3rd hand
agreed - on the turn you go into "for the love cheap showdown" mode maybe check/calling or maybe block betting...
or shove... |

Re: ($27) JJ 3rd hand
The best line has to be a turn shove with this draw-heavy board and two opponents still involved. This pot is very important this early in the tournament for you. By the turn, if I'm over the board, I'm more than likely putting as much pressure as possible on the vilains.
