HR Derby Pool Help

OK there is this titanic pool I get into each year and I always come in the bottom 10%. You guys can pick my lineup this year. Pick one player from each group and then 5 "write ins". Top 8 roster spots are your starters and top 7 count towards the total. Your 9th guy can replace one guy mid-year if he is injured or just [censored] the bed. You also get a 10th guy and it is only between Thome and Bonds and they can be used as a replacement or start right away in place of a write in.

Please tell me the 10 guys you would pick. One from each group and your 5 write-ins.
