Should I do this Fantasy Baseball trade?

10 team league, 9 hitting cats (H, 1B, 2B, 3B, HR, SB, RBI, AVG, SO) and 6 pitching cats (W, S, ERA, WHIP, K, shutouts)

Right now I love my team on the offensive side, except for Renteria still being in my starting lineup, which is possibly just getting too obsessed with perfection.

The trade is John Patterson and Hank Blalock for Zach Duke and Jorge Cantu.

Bench - Francouer, Gomes, Hermida

RP - B. Lidge
RP - BJ Ryan
P - J. Patterson
P - C. Schilling

Bench - Matt Clement

This trade seems pretty even to me, but I think I am getting the edge. Patterson had a great year last year (I had him last year as well) and was one of my favorite picks. How was confidence do you guys have in Duke? That's the main question, IMO. I love the Cantu for Blalock upgrade.
