Well, it's a toss-up between the wynn management and this guy...

No limit game. Extremely obnoxious guy who makes a redneck look like a harvard alumni has somehow learned the word "posturing." Well now he's going to "posture" on every hand. Clocks are called, etc etc. Finally floorguy is called over to "put a clock on him." Floorguy is really busy and puts the clock on, but doesn't really look at the board very closely. Goes down to the wire, ten second countdown...

Obnoxious guy decides to JUST CALL the $75 bet when the final countdown gets to TWO (him and his lone opponent both have over $500).

But the board is KK442 and this moron HAS A FRIGGIN' KING IN HIS HAND.
