Default Moved up to $5 FT SNGs on Stars - How should I play?

I recently moved up from micro ($1, $3) to $5 FT SNGs. I think I played around 250 tournaments in micro stakes with 22% ROI. Yes! It was very boring but I wanted enough experience especially with using
some of the tools. I was also studying a lot and learning how to study.

I played around 10-20 SNGs in $5 and found them pretty similar to micros - full of donkeys, calling stations.
I tried making some sophisticated moves. Some worked some did not. Overall I am running well and trying to incorporate ICM into all my decisions. I also like the 10% rake.

My questions to regulars:
1. What do you think is typical composition of $5 tables?
2. Should I play them like I play micros or incorporate sophisticated moves (more semi bluffs, bluffs) nto my style?
3. I found the tables to be filled with tight-passive and loose-aggresive-aggresive players. I sthat typical?
4. Is table selection important at this level or is it unnecessary?
5. Should I be using HUD stats to make decisions?
