techniques for chugging

1. Pinch the cup into the shape of an oval, it makes it a lot easier to chug.
2. Practice with water. Keg beer is often really flat, so it's not that much harder than water to take down.

Not only can I not do this with beer, but really not with any liquid. Pls to be explaining
