[ QUOTE ]
Talked about this with ryanghall and if we are calling a shove on underard flop why are we not shoving over him preflop ... you said against some people you would reshove pf, why not this player? And who do you do it against? regs? lags? Also i would have made it 600 pf [/ QUOTE ] I didn't shove pre because I was guessing his range was something like TT+, AQ+ and I guess I thought my shove would allow him to basically play perfectly. Also, if I'm behind (against hands like QQ and KK) I give myself an opportunity to not go broke since there could be an action-killing flop like an ace or king high board. And I think flat-calling allows him to continue making a play at me if in fact that's what he's doing. It would be stupid IMO to say that I'd reshove pf against "regs" because there are good regs, bad regs, loose regs, tight regs, etc. I would reshove against people I know to be loose, overly aggro, or just bad overall players. |
