Default 25NL - 87s hit trips on river, call a push?

UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.85, 2 folds, SB calls $0.75, BB folds

River: ($4.75) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
SB bets $2.25, Hero ????

Well I think a raise is a must here. Not only is he doing this with a lot of Ts but I have induced a bluff by checking the turn. My question is, if I raise, should I call a push or a very large bet?
