Default Thoughts on cold calling w/ flopped set

Button is a TAG regular, and SB is a donk. My standard line is to shove this. What do you guys think of cold calling SB shove to make things potentially difficult on BTN?

Poker Stars, $0.50/$1 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LeggoPoker.com - Hand History Converter

Hero (BB): $145
UTG: $62.70
CO: $106.55
BTN: $98.50
SB: $27.80

Pre-Flop: 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (BB)
2 folds, <font color="red">BTN raises to $4</font>, SB calls $3.50, Hero calls $3

Flop: ($12) 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (3 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks, <font color="red">BTN bets $8</font>, <font color="red">SB raises to $23.80 and is All-In</font>, Hero ???
