[/ QUOTE ] The eyestrain will be the same, but the clarity has to do with the resolution also, which is still quite a bit less than normal printed material. I'm no typographer, but I think 167 dpi is right around the border of what you need to make serif text pleasantly readable. No way I'm going to read an entire book in Verdana or some [censored].
