Default 5/10 value town line

i usually play 2/4 but taking a shot at 5/10 which i dont do very often. i'm playing super tight like 9/9 partly cause im getting interrupted by some stuff, but am just trying to play solid trying not lose buyins. not sure if she aware of my nittyness.

villain here is 23/18/1 opening pretty consistenly in late postition whatever not many post flop situations so far, seems a little on the loose side in general tho.

Basic question is what do my bet sizes look like. is it standard at 5/10 to be jamming pot on each street or what's up, i know the games play more aggressive people maybe willing to call down lighter? not sure, this fine or bet more than 2/3rdish?

Any guesses to what range a 23/18 calls or possibly raises this river with?
