Default Simple preflop decision?

I'm in the process of reading PNL for the first time (just getting to Planning around commitment), and I don't have enough sense in me to even know where to begin thinking in this situation.

Second orbit and no interesting reads.

Using REM doesn't really help me right now because I don't know what range to use.

I am about as deep as PFR, I own the button, and he raised two early position limpers. This makes me think I don't want to make a huge preflop reraise, especially because I don't even know if (at these stakes) I am anywhere likely to obtain the good results of isolating the raiser or taking it down preflop. So I just call and take a flop?
