Default NL50: weak hand against total spanner, am I just being tilty here?

20 hands on villain at 35/15/1. A few hands earlier I had called his raise in position with 99, flop comes T 4 4 rainbow, he check minraises me and I fold. So, I am already annoyed with him and maybe not thinking totally straight.

This might seem like a fairly innoccuous hand, but I was really riled afterwards and promptly lost 2 buyins on total monkey tilt, so there's clearly something I'm doing wrong in this situation.

Comments on all streets please.
