Best site for HU play?

Hello...
Title says it all, really. I'm considering changing pokerrooms after a slight row with the customer service, so I was wondering what you people could recommend.
Considering my bankroll at the moment, I mostly play 20$ and 50$ HUs. Do all websites tax 2 and 4 dollars for playing those games? If so, then I guess what Im looking for is good volume, player notes functions, search functions, and software that allows good multitabling.
Any suggestions?
