Need some help altering Bill Starr 5x5
Hi, im doing the Bill Starr 5x5 at the moment. It looks something like this:
Monday: Squat Bench Barbell Row Assistance: weighted sit-ups and hypers Wednesday: Squat (light) Military Press Deadlift Assistance: sit-ups Friday: Squat Bench Barbell Row assistance: 3 sets of weighted dips, 3 sets of Barbell curls and 3 sets of triceps-extensions As you can see day three (friday) is a lot longer in terms of number of sets. How should I go about evening it out? Can i just move biceps to monday and swap sit-ups (wednesday) with triceps friday? What is the best way to do this? Thanks. |
