nl200 AQ on Ad Kd 5d flop in steal/resteal pot (vs. bottomset)

Villain is bottomset. I steal incessantly and plenty of regulars 3-bet me on the lighter side, but I haven't played enough with bottomset to notice whether he does for sure. Folding AQs preflop here feels really weak since so much of my range is way worse than that, and I feel like if I'm going to bother playing it I need to be getting it in on this flop. In my 1K or so hands with him he's continuation bet nearly every opportunity, but almost all those spots were just raises and not 3-bets... still I figure he's pretty likely to CB his whole range. Any major disagreements with any of my play/analysis this hand?
