NL100 deep stacked against tag who 4 bets into my KK

I was 10 tabling so no reads on villain other than hud stats of 17/16/5.7 over about 400 hands. When he 4 bet to $27 PF , it was so small I thought he could have AA or be repping it , wanting a shove. I decided to take a flop and and see from there. Should i push to his flop bet or RR , or flat call or what, if I re raise and he shoves , do I call ? Do you ever find a fold if you raise his flop bet and he pushes ? Or is this just a standard get it all in with KK.
