Default AQ - My worst hand

After 30k hands I realized that AQ was my worst hand to play, and has given me the most losses. While I find it easy to get away from AJ/A10, I find it VERY hard to throw away AQ when an A hits on the board.

I have 2 questions, if you're 3bet preflop by a standard player (not too crazy) what do you do with AQ? In position/OOP?

2nd Question: How do you proceed with AQ on an A-rag-rag flop when your opponent is playing back at you? when he's calling?

Should I start treating AQ with care, and try to practice pot control? Because sometimes I find it very hard to lay the hand down even against a push (On an A-rag-rag board). I see AK/two-pair way too much...

Edit: Forgot to mention, this is MAINLY with AQos, but my AQs hand is breakeven.
