misschriss, its just these strips you buy and wear for a week. you put them on for 30 mins every morning and 30 mins every night before bed for 7 days and then you have whiter teeth. Only have to do it once every 6 months. I used it myself, kinda a pain in the ass but I did notice a difference. [/ QUOTE ] ROFL.
