Default Flopped NFD in 3bet pot

Villain was a good 28/24/5 LAG reg over 280 hands. I had been playing at 20/17/4. The only real history we had was a few similar situations where one of us folded the flop. I thought his c/ring range was decently wide because he knew I would be Cbetting almost any flop and probably wouldn't be able to call. But, I would MUCH rather be the one shoving and not calling off.

Poker Stars, $0.10/$0.25 NL Hold'em Cash Game, 5 Players
LeggoPoker Hand History Converter

BB: $25.75
UTG: $26.50
Hero (CO): $25
BTN: $28.50
SB: $49.75

Pre-Flop: J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] dealt to Hero (CO)
<font color="red">UTG raises to $1</font>, <font color="red">Hero raises to $3.25</font>, 3 folds, UTG calls $2.25

Flop: ($6.85) 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 8[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 Players)
UTG checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $4.50</font>, <font color="red">UTG raises to $23.25 and is All-In</font>, Hero calls $17.25 and is All-In

How bad is this stack off? I knew I had at least 9 outs and probably 15, if I didn't already have the best hand.
