Default Thinking In Terms Of Equity At The Table

When reading through the FLHE forums I see alot of talk on equity vs. certain hand ranges. Now I know my odds & outs etc and would say I have atleast half-decent hand readin skills but have difficulty working out my approximate pot-equity whilst at the table.

Understanding that I have around 30% pot equity with 4 to a flush on an unpaired board is about as good as I get.

Does anyone have any tips/charts/links to help with this?

Thanks
