I probably shove flop

For value? From what hands? For protection from 6 outs?

It's not just protection against 6 outs. Assume he has absolutely nothing, 22 for example. He doesn't have 2 outs, but actually up to 14 depending on how you plan on playing your hand. He obviously has his 2 real outs, but A/K are perfect scare cards that he can usually push you off since he can easily represent them whereas it makes little sense for you to show up with one. And the Q is even somewhat of a scare card - but he may or may not bluff on that, and it also depends on if you plan on stacking on a Q.
