Re: NL200 Serious FPS
[ QUOTE ]
1. If you intend on bluffing there are considerable advantages to doing it on the turn rather than the river. [/ QUOTE ] True that my line looks stronger then, but my range gets cut down to pretty much sets and bluffs, I wouldn't raise AK in that spot. And by waiting to the river I can find out whether he has KK or not, since I'm pretty sure he pots it again with top set here after he checked flop. [ QUOTE ] 2. It is stupidly small. you can say big raises look like a bluff etc... but the fact of the matter is you get MUCH MUCH more FE with a raise to like $80. [/ QUOTE ] Still, you've got to make your bluffs the same amount as when you raise with real hands. I wouldn't raise any hand to $80 on that river, since his hand is pretty much face up and he problaby wont call with QQ/JJ. So a raise to $50 is more likely to be interpret as a valueraise, and since he is a nit I think he is able to lay down QQ here. Partly because he thinks I raises bigger with my bluffs. [ QUOTE ] 3. yes, he can put you on a draw. [/ QUOTE ] Obviously. But most flush draws bet the flop, and two straights got there. |
