Default Largish stack with AQo in CO facing UTG limp and shortstack shove

My table broke a few hands earlier, and this is my first rotation at this table. I really need help with my bigger stack play, and this is a common situation that gives my problems. What do I do, facing UTG's limp and MP1 shove?

UTG folds, UTG+1 calls 400, MP1 raises to 6,299 and is All-In, 1 fold, Hero ???[/i]
