Troon North, golf trip

Planning a golf trip to Scottsdale, AZ. Planning on playing 3 rounds of golf, at least one at Troon North.

Any advice on other courses ?
Places to eat ? bars ?
Best place to stay ?
Course tips ? shoot for the water tower on number 7 ?
