Help moving my entire PT file

new to online poker, and i am definitely not computer savey. however i do realize hand histories are taking up alot of space and very fast. I would like to move my poker tracker file, which by default was installed on my C drive, to my D drive. I simply moved the entire program, but now im having problems loading it (something about an invalid path), and it no longer displays anything so far as statistics (i am assuming because it cant the hand histories). because the size of my PT file grew with the amount of hands i played i figured PT had its own database of hand histories, which i assumed would move right along with the PT file. I apologize if this post is inopropriately placed, but i would really appreciate any help i can get
