Default Stack management and taking -CEV situations big stacked

Although villain has been very well behaved, I am ~40% against even the tightest 30%+, any stack concerns from making this anything but an instacall? My way of thinking is this is a very good +$EV situation and am willing to give away odds with this stack. At what point or effective stacks are we folding? ie, villain has another 5k making it 16k to me, we are just slightly behind the math, but our stack can take a gamble, where's the long term +$EV break point here as -CEV is established?
