Default $50 AK rr pot, big pot

Button is 17/10 after 800 hands and tbh before yesterday I never noticed him as a regular. Yesterday he 3 bet my pfr after a coldcaller and I folded, w/e. He's on a bunch of tables with me now and I noticed that he likes to isolate limpers and steal dead money so I think he's raising lightly alot here but I'm not sure what kind of range to assign to him. Shortstack coldcaller is a donk with $12.xx left and doesn't matter.

Is this a bet/call?
