Any time a casino refuses to cash chips, call gaming. If you have the chips, the casino has to cash them. MGM has a reputation for not cashing chips of suspected AP blackjack players. Once gaming is called, they basically slap the casino on the hand and order them to cash the chips. If you continue to have problems, get a gaming lawyer. Bob Nesarian comes to mind.
